Air Sick

We got our seat assignment for the back row and were all excited. We get on the plane and found out that the galley is the only thing in the far rear of the plane. The lavatory was about 15 rows (90 seats) forward. The flight was absolutely full. We were seated at the window and middle seats, while a lady and her 3 kids occupied the aisle and seats across. We decided to play it up like we were brother and sister (my companion’s idea) which kept me from being able to so much as hold her hand the entire flight. I faked being ill from very early on… eventually excusing myself to the lavatory for profuse vomiting. After 5 minutes (an eternity) my companion came to the door, 1 knock and I pull her inside. After we finished, she left first by herself and encountered one of the flight attendants outside the door. She walked back with people staring at her, but she retained the sick story and that she was giving me comfort and medicine. I waited a couple minutes and exited as well, feeling the same fear that everyone (90 passengers and crew or so) was on to us.
After things cooled down, about 20 minutes later, the same flight attendant she encountered approached our row and asked if everyone was feeling okay now, while looking straight at us, with a smile on his face. We continued to play it up like “yeah, much better, oh we can imagine how that looked”. He said “hold on a second” and we were like “oh, shit!” as he went into the galley. When he reappeared, he had a Mile High Club certificate in hand and said “you can have it if you want it” but apologized for assuming that we had actually done “it” in the lavatory.
He said everyone was excited including the captain. He said that they knew it happened but not much nowadays. He said he didn’t want to burst the captain’s bubble by telling him that I had in fact just been sick. I shook his hand and thanked him but to this day we are not sure what they really believe happened on that flight.
