The Story: I am a commercial pilot and the mile high club has been on the bucket list for quite some time. I took my girlfriend up for a scenic sunset flight by the rocky mountains of Alberta. I was flying a Cessna 182 equipped with autopilot. Once we got out of busy airspace and climbed to 9500’ (ground elevation was 3500’) we put the seats back and got into position. She rode me in the seat leaning on the dash, then I flipped her on her seat where we did doggy style. My eyes were on the gauges and instruments so I knew everything was operating well and was ready to take action if something bad happened. Was definitely one of the highlights of my life but was almost a bittersweet experience because I don’t know how you can top that without doing it in space!
